What program to tone and lose weight?

Hello from Italy!

Since I'm starting I'd like a program that will make me sweat, feel achy the day after but most importantly lose weight and tone! Just toning, I don't really want a muscular type of body. I'm a girl, 5'4 and I'm 134 pounds, which is probably the lowest I got in 5 years (I lost 12 pounds since October and started noticing that my butt is not as defined as it was before sadly) ! I'm 26, can't say that I'm fit enough for level 5 workouts, mostly because cardio and hiit are my weakest, but I can handle level 3-4 workouts.

Could please someone recommend me a program to follow? I looked and i can't choose between burn,sweat,fit and 30! I know I know, all of them basically, but all of them seem so interesting.
