Sweat vs Booty/Flex

Hey guys!

Hoping for some advice re Sweat vs Booty/Flex? I love working out with FB but unfortunately with recent long lockdown (Australia) and without access to gym I've fallen into bad habits and have gained quite a bit of excess fat/weight.

I have a very important event coming up in a 7 weeks and was wondering what I should do to look my best in such a short period of time - Sweat vs Booty/Flex? I don't care about my weight, only about appearance/fitness. Most of my fat is distributed around my arms/abdomen/hips. I know long term goal setting is more important and I will focus on that but this event is the priority for now.
