I really enjoy FB's kickboxing workouts, as they are super fun, challenging, and lengthy. I was looking through the workout programs and I didn't find one that included much kickboxing. Is there any chance that we can request them to make a 4 week program centered around kickboxing? Let me know what y'all think.
