Goal - Building Strength and Mass

Hi FB Community, I hope some of you can help with program and/or independent planning suggestions...

I have completed Mass and Strong and looking for a follow up program.

For now I am adding independent work outs...

I prefer lifting dumbbells - I do not prefer pilates and extra cardio other than what is achieved by lifting...I'd like a little more attention on abs along with the upper and lower body strength/mass...

Your suggestions on programs or planning individual workouts are appreciated. Thanks!
