Getting back in the workout saddle after an 8 week hiatus.

Hello all! I have been a member of FB for over 6 years now. But recently I left and tried some other program for a while. Then I had some personal issues that left me really depressed and unfocused. I quit exercise at the time when I probably needed it most. Anyway..I'm now trying to get back into it. It's really effing hard. I'm hoping I'll start tomorrow, but I have been saying that for weeks.

If and when I do start again, which program would you recommend? I'm not a beginner but I need to start somewhere gentle. Thanks!
