Hi all. I need some advice please. I started FB Strong and the Doms have been so bad after days 1-3 that I've been put off from continuing. I kept rescheduling and now 2 weeks have passed!
I did FB Strong last year and It wasn't as bad as this. Admittedly I have lifted the heaviest I could, heavier than previously, but the muscle pain has been off the charts. I really want to do the program as muscle building is what I want to do. Does anyone have any suggestions??
