Favourite Programs

Hi everyone!

What are your favourite programs that are mostly strength training (not too much HIIT)?

Also, does HIIT help with building muscle or does it slow your progress? I have heard you should do HIIT on the days you are not strength training, if you are focused on building muscle.

But FB has a lot of lower body strength with HIIT included.

I'd love to hear your take on this! :)
