My next program with as little HIIT as possible?

Hi all!

I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before but I can't really seem to find it anymore.

I've finished strong twice and absolutely loved it but I was ready to move on to a new program, so I tried the Booty & Flex combo but there's just no way around it: I absolutely hate HIIT and also want to avoid bothering my neighbours with too many jumps. Do you have any program suggestions for me that include a lot of strength training and very little or no HIIT?
