FB Burn Round 2 complete!

Started on August 30, and finished September 24. My tenth #ProgramComplete.

I think Burn Round 2 can be described as "If Strong and Sweat Had a Baby". This one features a fair amount of strength training, with some overlap between this and Strong (I think both programs came out in early 2017?), but Burn 2 features a little more HIIT than Strong does -- seven main workouts feature it, and three of the extra credits are HIIT workouts (Strong has only four workouts featuring HIIT and no ECs). Like Sweat, there are a lot of extra credits available (15 total; I did four of them), and you are bound to do quite a lot of sweating.

This is also the first program where I ended up not doing everything as-is. Day 3 was skipped, I did a different warm-up for Days 5 and 25, did an extra credit provided on Day 2 (?) on Day 10, I did the extra credit and not the main on Day 18. and did an extra credit of my choosing on Day 22. #MakeItWork

I liked this one, which I thought I would, given how much I enjoyed the Burn Challenge available through Plus. So yay!
