Hi all. I am 27 years old. i Have a bit problem with my knees -mild patellar chondropathy and patellar tendonitis-. I started a new job and i have to be standing all day long at my leg for about 4-5 hours a day. I know that these arent that much. Which monthly programme is best for

strengthen the muscles - around my knees? Thanks
