Here's your new workout! At Home Pilates Butt and Thigh Workout

There's a bunch of last minute stuff that I have to do to push a video live and every morning that I go to publish something, I hit a wild assortment of snags & tech hiccups, so I am deciding to come and share in our community first (so you get it at least an hour earlier this way). A tiny thanks for you. 

As soon as I am done with work & meetings this morning, I am excited to tackle this routine myself. So if you do this routine today, let me know, because we're officially unofficial long distance workout buddies. I'm excited to jump in (though between me and you, I'll be muting myself for some good music).

I have been doing this same routine a lot and enjoying it. It is relatively beginner friendly but you can also seriously step up the challenge by wearing ankle weights or bands. Check it out and let me know what you think!
