Program Notes Suggestion/How to?

I wondered, is there a way to make notes on a program once you have completed it? I know that I can make notes on individual workouts on my dashboard, but wondered if you can make notes on the program as a whole? When I finish a program I would love to write down how I felt about it, positive changes in my mental and physical health, modifications I needed to make, etc...

If there isn't a way to do this, could there be a way in the future?
