work life balance

HI nice people! So the semester started and so did a very toxic work environment. My mid section blew up, my breathing is forced and shallow from all the stress. Single parent and trying to get the time for myself to do the workouts. I had the 90 min 1000 cal workout scheduled, and tried to fit it in for 3 days. Yesterday I started it at 11 pm when everyone finally went to sleep, and yes, I did finish it (!)I feel so much better, but I can see that this is crazy - it is actually quite hard to get the time to do these workouts. Anyone struggle with work life balance? I don't want to be unhealthy and workout in the middle of the night. At least I don't have to commute to a class. It feels like the whole world wants to deny me the right to take care of my body. Thank you for this site and community, because I have literally nothing else but people pulling me in a million directions everyday.
