I need your options and ideas.
I like to do some individual workouts beside FB Programs( cycling, running).
At the same time I want to get benefit of the programs as much as I can.
My plan is to combine days. For example doing core day and upper body day or lower body day and upper body day in one session.
Currently I am following FB blend. I want to combine main workouts.
Does this rush make sense? Does anybody combines days here? Or should just complete workout week in a different pace ( one and half week)? I am little bit obsessed with completing week as planned. Maybe I am just overthinking about this. I cannot make up my mind.
