Did you know that we now have 612 free, full-length videos available, ranging from low impact to high intensity, from taking just a few minutes to over an hour, covering a wide variety of training types and workout styles, and making use of many different types of equipment (or no equipment at all!)? We have even introduced a new trainer, Tasha, who has helped ramp things up here at Fitness Blender.
