Stepping up the intensity

Today I'm challenging myself by starting the FB Fit Round 3 Program!

I'm a little nervous for it because I think it will be a little more intense than what I've been doing lately. I also know that there's a 1000 calorie workout at the end of the program and I haven't done one of those in years! The only other time I completed a 1000 calorie workout I remember it took a lot out of me. I felt like I was in better shape then, so we will see how this goes in 4 weeks lol!

Although I'm a little nervous for the step up in intensity, I'm also looking forward to the challenge of it. I really want to be able to say I completed a 1000 calorie workout again! I'm also looking forward to seeing how I improve with this program.
