New extra credit challenge

Hope everyone is doing well.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I was thinking it would be cool to do another 100 rep challenge. This time it will be 100 rep bridge challenge. I love bridges and I think this challenge will be fun.

I picked 10 bridge variations to do 10 times to equal 100 reps.

Here are the 10 I picked.

1. Basic bridge

2. Bridge with toes out

3. Swinging bridge

4. Single leg bridge

5. Marching bridge

6. Bridge + leg extension

7. Bridge + butterfly

8. Butterfly bridges

9. Bridge w squeeze

10. Bridge pulses

What do you all think? If D&K likes it, I would love for them to make a video out of it :)
