Yesterday was an interesting day outside the kitchen with work changes and all, but, the kitchen went well. Storm and I did our take on this recipe from FB. https://www.fitnessblender.com/articles/simple-delicious-sheet-pan-shrimp-primavera We didn't feel like pasta. So the changes: basically made it like a stir fry with tomato (fire roasted). Added crookneck, cauliflower, broccoli, and crimini. Browned off the mushrooms separately, as well as the shrimp and garlic. Then combined at the last minute.
We had some leftover sourdough wheat bread. So I slow pan toasted some homemade seasoned bread crumbs to top the dish off. Well, anyway, this is how it came out.
