Mass or Strong? And …

This week marks my last week of FB Abs 1. As such, I am planning out next month and am debating between Mass and Strong. What would you recommend, and why?

Also, when I do side oblique dips (or anything similar), my feet tend to slide. This is on carpet, no less. Any ideas on how to prevent this?
