I love the strength programs

Today I did the upper body strength day of FB Fit r3, and I just love it, and my muscles are crazy sore already. But yesterday I had the hardest time finishing the HIIT parts of the routine. The humidity didn't help. When will I be able to do these exercises without feeling like dying? Daniel's workouts are my fears but I managed to do the arm strength one. Well, the weight we lift are a little different...
