Finished Fit 2 yesterday!

Back in the spring I set a fitness goal for myself that I’d complete a 1000 calorie workout every month from May-August. I’d just finished all four FB30s and wanted motivation to really step up my endurance and workout times. To get ready I spent April completing Sweat with all the extra credits, and it was so challenging, but I made it.

For the summer I scheduled Fit1 and Fit2 because they have a 1000 cal workout every four weeks. I completed Fit1 with all the extra credits, but by weeks 6-7 of Fit2 my body was TIRED. I took those two weeks off from extra credits to make sure I had the energy to do my best in the final 1000 calorie workout, and I did it! Goal accomplished!

I’ve been going so hard for the past 20 weeks that I’m planning to dial it back a bit for the next month. I’m starting Burn 1 on Monday! And I’m so proud of myself for setting this challenge, sticking with it, working hard on my fitness and endurance, and accomplishing what I set out to do!
