Please correct my thinking!

So I think I have a problem. I usually work out 50 minutes a day with FB. But lately I just don't feel like it. And feel guilty. I feel like 30-40 minutes just isn't enough! I mean with the warm up and cool down that's really only 25 minutes of actual working out which seems like such a small amount of time. My scheduled workout for tomorrow is this - https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-butt-and-thigh-workout-for-fat-burning-and-lean-muscle-building and I feel like I should add another 10-minute HIIT to it. Like that 36 minutes just isn't enough. Not enough calories burned at all. Logically I know my thinking is flawed and not true but it just doesn't seem long enough at all. Like I said, I'm used to working out for 50-minutes and I DO have the time but I just don't feel like it but then I feel like you have the time, why don't you? Help!
