Hello, I'm new to all of this. I've recently decided that watching what I eat isn't cutting it in weightloss and getting healthy, so I've decided that I need to start moving. My husband is on board too and we've both joined our local gym. My husband stumbled upon this website and last night I did one of the beginner cardio workouts. It looked easy while I was watching it, but boy did it kick my butt! I'm hoping the more I do it, the easier it'll get. I really enjoy the videos though. I like that there isn't annoying thumping music and a hyper bouncy girl yelling the whole time. I like hearing about the proper form and found it easy to follow along for the most part. I'm looking forward to getting more out of all of this and I love that there are videos targeted towards beginners who really don't know what they're doing.
