Pregnancy Safe Workout

I love Fitness Blender, I love your workouts - the structure, the format and everything.

I’d love for you to consider adding a workout program that’s pregnancy-compliant for pregnant women who still want to keep fit while pregnant.

This could be a program targeted at the First trimester, second trimester and third trimester.
