When you need the rest day

I have been forcing myself to make every 7 day a rest day for the past couple of weeks. I started a routine on top of my FB fit program with 45 min on our rowing machine each night and some push up exercises, as my goal is to be able to do a military style push up by the end of the year. I also follow FB Reach for stretching in the evening. So I guess I am currently doing ca 45 min of FB fit (w extra credit) in the mornings and rowing, push ups and stretch in the evening (ca 45 - 60) For the first time in weeks I really don't feel like working out today and am grateful for the rest day. I hope the energy will be back tomorrow. I also lost 3 lbs since Aug 5th, but I just know there is always a fluctuation. I just don't like that I am so tired today.
