Yummy salad w chaat masala

Good morning and happy weekend!

A few weeks ago, I posted a recipe using chaat masala, an Indian spice blend with pungent, sweet, sour, tangy, and funky flavors.


I used it this morning in an easy breakfast salad with sweet corn, banana peppers, tomato, and peaches. I added a little olive oil white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper along with the masala. Very yummy!

Thought to share in case anyone is interested in variations of the earlier recipe. If there's interest, I am happy to share more recipes outside of the salad world for using this spice blend.
