Burn, Bored Easily or FB 30?

Hey guys,

after finishing FB Bodyweight in the next two weeks, I want to do another program which includes weight training this time. I will combine it, as I do now too, with FB reach.

I decided to go again for a total body program and narrowed it down to Burn Rd 2, Bored Easily or FB 30.

My goals are not losing weight but increasing strength and toning up a bit.

Can you give me an advice which program to buy? Is there one which contains more/ less HIIT than the others? Which one do you like best?
