How do you find your limit each day?

Hey there!

Very new to FB, so have patience with me. I am under a lot of stress and discovered the profound impact these videos have on my mental health. I find myself wanting to do one workout in the morning and one in the evening. Do a lot of people do that? I wonder how you know what is too much training? I recently thought I injured myself, but a day later I don't feel any pain. I don't feel that I am over training, my body wants more every day. I gravitate towards level 3 - 5, because of the strength training that I love. Advice appreciated!
