Hurt my hip - what program to switch to?

I am in the middle of the FB Strong program and love love love it. But, being new at this and 46, I seriously pulled a muscle in my right hip today. I am thinking of switching to FB Flex for a few weeks, but really want a strength program that focuses on abs and core - a weak point in my body. I just assume that the abs program also means working my hip and read they are not low impact. It really works for me to have a 6 days per week routine and I love my dumbbells.

Also, Is there a way to "pause" a program and switch to another for a week weeks?
