Abs R1 vs. R2 vs. 2 Week Challenge?

Has anyone completed Abs R1, R2, and the 2 Week Abs Challenge?

Having completed the 2 Week Abs Challenge and found it to be suprisingly fun and doable, it would be good try one of the 4 week Abs Programs (R1 or R2), depending on how different they are to the 2 Week Abs Challenge.

Does anyone know -

Which one of the 3 has the *least* cardio/HIIT?

Which one of the 3 has the *most* Pilates Abs?

The preference at this point is for the least HIIT-style cardio (non-HIIT cardio is okay, but preferrably less cardio overall), and also for more Pilates-style Abs exercises, since the TA is not yet strong enough to do its work as well as it ought to in many traditional Abs exercises.

Any thoughts, experiences to share?
