Today's scheduled Flex workout is a favorite UB irregular strength workout with Daniel, so in going for not-yet-done workouts, swapped it for a BE format UB strength workout with similar style of alternating reps with Kelli (30 min).
The alternating reps and combos turned an UB workout into one that also engages the core in a good way and challenged the UB more than usual. This is another great workout for the favorites list (which keeps growing with all these new, interesting workouts!) :)
Tomorrow's Booty Day 10 main workout looks like an interesting mix of Pilates and strength training - a favorite way to tackle the LB and activate those easily underworked glutes.
