Hello from Australia!
Currently progressing along with FBMass. I have very limited experience with lifting and i must say i am absolutely loving the strength training workouts, especially the realisation that my body capable of so much more than i gave it credit for =). My question is what next after mass? Should i be moving on to other programs that target body parts specifically ie FBBooty and FBUpper body etc or to go back and complete Mass again, with an increased amount of reps or weight (i understand progressive overload is very important for building muscle). Just curious to see what everyone else did and what your advice would be to this newbie!
