Wow, still recovering from hamstring tendinopathy/ glute injury, I'm slowly building and chose this one. It makes very clear that the left leg, glute and hip is much weaker then the other side. A lot of work still to be done. It also shows what caused the problems. Did only two rounds, and definitely gonna repeat to get stronger. If you want to strengthen the core area and also have a sweat, this is a great workout!!
