Workouts during pregnancy

Hey all!

I found out I am pregnant about a week and a half ago. This is my first pregnancy. I'm waiting on my first appointment with my doctor but have continued working out, obviously with less vigor than before. I've been working through FB Burn 1 & 2 as well as FB Mass for about a year before getting pregnant and plan to focus my at home workouts more on moderate cardio and weights. I was wondering if anyone out there had a program preference when they were pregnant or what they found to be useful. How is the Low Impact program?
