A Birthday’s Gift The Queen’s Routine + Run

I’m celebrating my birthday this week; 37 years on this planet curating dreams, achieving goals, and celebrating a newer version with more goals and a never ending grit.

The Birthday gift started with a Marathon Run; a glorious 42KM run one day after the Last day of FB Sweat Program. Energized and blessed that I’m able to run with no hiccups. I’m not a Professional athlete, but running has been an outlet that helped through this pandemic.

2 days later, I have started a routine which I have called: The Queen’s Routine which I will highlight in the upcoming replies to this post.
