Hello everyone, I am new here to the community. I found Fitness Blender 4 years ago and used the programs for over a year before falling off the motivation bandwagon and switching to something else. I really let go during the pandemic and gained 25+ pounds. I came back to fitness blender in December and have been doing it since.
Today I completed the Strong program for the first time and I feel so good, it is probably my favorite program I have done so far! I lost 5.2 pounds during the 4 weeks, and am down 12.7 pounds since starting to really pay attention to my diet. I was able to chest press 25 pounds per hand during a workout this week as well as deadlift 27.5 pounds per hand! I am going to join FB plus next week to try all these challenges.
