As you might habe guessed from the title I am pregnant with my first Baby. Yeay!
So far I have not changed my workout routine much, I just use less weight, do more breaks etc. But my baby belly is starting to show and especially working my abs is starting to feel very uncomfortable. Some exercises are easy to exchange, eg bird dogs for swimmers, reverse planks for regular planks, but for some I have not found a good exchange yet.
Therefore I wanted to ask your experiences which exercises / videos / programms workes best with a growing belly.
