Need help with skinny fat

It's been a while since I've been exercising. When I decided that I should get back to exercise, I just run everyday because I don't have any equipments. But now I realized that my height is roughly 162 cm but I weight around 51 kg. which is almost 10 kg. below average in my country. I'm not sure if this is a problem from doing to much cardiovascular exercise or not. Are there any workout programs or meal plans on this website that would help with my situation? I've decided to get the equipments needed and paid programs are fine. Thanks for helping!
