I just completed Day 3 of FB Plus Challenge - Short & Sweet Under 20 minutes and am loving it! July summer days can be full of fun busy and gardening and this program is fast paced and gets it done in less than 20! Most days if there's 2 workouts to choose, I do both since the time flies by!
