Fbabs day2

Hey blenders.

I started fbabs yesterday and today day 2 kicked my butt.. I am totally exhausted.

I also did this....

But I took too many breaks in between the workout before my workout complete. So...should I repeat the workout again?...may be in the evening or independently on my rest day?
