An oldie, but a goodie!

I've been looking for workouts that I haven't done before to do on my off days from flex. I searched oldest to newest and found this gem yesterday:

It kicked my butt!! I was dripping sweat and my legs were toast.

Today my legs are definitely still feeling it. My glutes and thighs are a little sore but not too terrible. Can't wait to find more hidden gems like this one! 😁
