Subbing in low impact moves in HIIT routines

I am working in FB Complete and much prefer the advanced routines, however I am just so not into any jumping right now. I have been a blender for many years so I have seen the low impact version of most moves and am just subbing those in. Sill a great workout IMO. Any agree or disagree or have similar experience?
