Strong or something else!

Hi everyone, Ive completed two months of FB Booty with random upper body workouts for the other 3 days. Im looking to carry on doing all over body toning and muscle building, i started with booty as i think this was the area that need most attention. i love weight lifting and initially didn't like HIIT, but i'm a convert now but i don't like doing anymore than 15-20 mins, it doesn't seem to agree with me! What i want to know is if i did FB strong would i still burn the excess fat or would i need to do extra HIIT videos? which programme would people recommend? Thanks!!
