Fit 1 Results...

Let’s keep this short(ish) & sweet...

FB Fit used to scare me when I saw it mentioned. ‘Too long. Too difficult.’

I’ve just completed the program in the 8 weeks’ time frame and haven’t missed a single day! Also hiked every Sunday on top of that.

• Hard work pays off...you get out what you put in.

• Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, it’s the most rewarding thing to do.

• Challenge yourself. You can do anything if you set your mind to it.

I didn’t see a difference day-to-day, until I put these photos together. BUT what kept me going was the feeling mentally. My mind & body felt amazing throughout the whole program, and my fitness has improved so much in this short space of time.

Fit 2 starts on the 2nd August 🤍
