As I committed myself to stick to a weekly structure of doing totalbody strength twice a week, short intervals twice and added walking and mobility work, I did this today

It felt good, keeping in mind I'm still building after hamstring and glute issues.

But then😱 this afternoon the youngsters, in their twenties, at work came up with the idea of a wall sit challenge. And I joined, o my gosh. Two and a half minutes of wall sit. I thought it would be okay, bc during the torture I mostly felt the quads, but boy afterwards the glutes and hamstrings are really talking. Hope my old body will recover soon🙏what was I thinking 😂
