Few days ago I posted about a workout structure for specifically women of age around 50 and struggling with recovery, which I found googling.

I want to try this structure, using FB workouts as much as possible.
Rebecca suggested to start a group, and I promised to join. I'm going to follow the suggested structure
2 days strength total body
2 days interval on my spinning bike
In between walking biking mobility recovery work
Still recovering from shoulder and hamstring issue but it's getting better each week. So I started with:
Of course with added warmup and cool down.
In the second one I had to modify a bit on the side planks bc of my shoulder.
I think I'll be okay with this. Tomorrow easy walk and bike, Monday interval.
