Great Results with FB Low Impact 4 week program

Just wanted to express my appreciation. I took the fitness test before and after the 4 week Low Impact workout program. This is my 3rd program with FB, but never did the test before. My 1 mile run time was 2 minutes faster! I went from 12 minutes to run a mile to 10. Without any running during that time! (I did follow up the FB workout with a 2 mile power walk most days.). I went from 10 to 13 full push-ups in the fitness test, added 10 pounds to my squats and still did the same number before I bonked, and added 26 seconds to my plank time. It’s very energizing to get such results.
