Finishing off a well deserved/needed week break from exercise and it felt so good and finally I’ve arrived at a place where I’m itching for movement (first break in 2 years 😂). Yesterday I tried to start fbfit but the second the workout said “8 reps of deadlifts” my body said no. I’m just over strength training at the moment and Im going to listen to what my body is telling me and try bodyweight only. I enjoy HIIT so I thought it would be a good place to get back into joyful exercise.
Did anyone see results from this program? Fat loss or new kinds of strength? After strength training with weights for years I think It’ll be interesting to see what I will be able to do with my own body weight (have you seen those Zuu athletes!)
