I finished fb complete today , and almost managed every advanced workout - never done that before! I was beaten by this one:-

-On the 3rd last day, and had to take a rest as my upper back and obliques were sore! I’m still so proud and loved every day of this program!
Now I’m having a weeks rest before starting fb fit3.- can’t wait!!
