So there's a tiny detail I'd like to know.
I got these dumbbells from someone as a giveaway since they're going out of town.
The thing is one weighs 7 kg and the other 7.5 kg.
I would love to incorporate these into my workouts, I'm kind of excited I got them out of the blue.
But my concern is is it recommended to use both at the same time when I'm lifting two, for ex squats, lunges and other strength.
Will .5 make a difference to the side I'm lifting or is it negligible?
